In the 30s and 40s it was the Hays Code that made the screen safe for America and through which many of animation films were banned just because those films could lower the moral standards of people. Some of these restrictions such as Nakedness, The ridicule of religion, Illegal drug use, Offensive words, Murder scenes, Treating the flag of United States disrespectfully, can be seen in these animation films.
